Randy Bick has accused the comedian of refusing him entry to their shared Los Angeles mansion to collect his belongings, leading to a heated legal battle over prenuptial agreements and financial support.

AceShowbiz - Kathy Griffin's estranged husband, Randy Bick, is at war with the comedian, claiming she violated their prenuptial agreement by denying him access to their marital home. According to court documents, Bick, 45, asserts that Griffin, 63, has refused to let him inside to retrieve his personal belongings after she filed for divorce in December 2023.
The couple, who tied the knot in January 2020, were approaching their fourth wedding anniversary when the split occurred. They had been dating since 2011. Bick revealed that during a couple's therapy session on December 23, 2023, Griffin requested "time apart." He packed a small duffle bag with necessities and left for the weekend. However, when he attempted to return, Griffin allegedly threatened to "call the cops," barring him from entering the residence.
"I had the right to stay in the marital residence for 90 days starting December 28, 2023. However, [Griffin] has refused to allow me to reside in the residence since insisting I leave the residence," Bick claimed. He further alleged that Griffin packed and boxed his belongings "without my review, consent, or approval," leaving him "homeless" and "unemployed." Bick has been actively seeking new employment while navigating the expensive transition.
Bick demanded the court order Griffin to allow him access to the mansion to "inventory and collect" his property and to reimburse him $21k for lodging expenses incurred due to his displacement. He also seeks to be reinstated on Griffin's health insurance plan and requests an additional $22k for legal fees. Despite Griffin's petition to terminate Bick's right to spousal support, he has insisted on receiving financial support from the comedian.
Griffin is yet to respond to Bick's recent motion in court. The duo went through significant hardships during their marriage, including Griffin's lung cancer surgery. As the legal battle intensifies, both parties are trying to navigate this turbulent phase post-separation.
