DDG Trolls Fans Saying He's Charging Too Much for Features

The 'Moonwalking in Calabasas' rapper initially caused a stir after revealing on Instagram that he charges $750,000 for a guest verse and $1 million to appear in the accompanying music video.

AceShowbiz - DDG won't take online criticism seriously. Having been called out by social media users for charging too much for features, the "Moonwalking in Calabasas" rapper trolled them back by proposing a few bonus incentives.

"[Alright], since y'all think I'm taxing, I'll throw in a YouTube mukbang, one picture with my son, and a free FaceTime call with Woo Wop," the 26-year-old wrote on X, formerly Twitter, on Tuesday, June 4. "Last offer."

DDG caused a stir after revealing on Instagram that he charges $750,000 for a guest verse and $1 million to appear in the accompanying music video. "Just in case y'all was wondering my feature price," he stated. "I take Venmo and Apple Pay, too."

Many have since dragged the boyfriend of Halle Bailey. "Who [the f**k does] he think he is? JAY-Z?" one person argued underneath The Shade Room's reshare. Another, meanwhile, argued, "I'll give you 750,000 reasons why I'm not paying."

The YouTuber opened the account, which is run by the little boy's "stylist & dada," for his son on January 9. In the first post, the first-time dad showed off his son's outfit for his check up at the doctor. He made sure to blur the baby's face to keep his privacy.

"went all black nike tech today for doctor check ups... nun too crazy," read the caption. DDG added in the comment, "type s**t.. let em know son.. this drip s**t gettin wicked."

The account soon garnered massive following, with nearly 30k followers in less than 24 hours since it was launched. However, not all the responses were positive. "What's tha point in makin ah instagram for a baby who's face yall don't wanna show?" one person asked in the comments section. Another mused, "A instagram for the bby but don't show his face....ok."
