While his devotees appear to like his latest joint track with the hip-hop artist, the record producer and disc jockey still receives negative comments on the collaboration.

AceShowbiz - Mustard, formerly known as DJ Mustard, might have put smiles on his devotees' faces with the release of his new collaborative single "Parking Lot" featuring Travis Scott (II). However, the record producer and disc jockey still received negative comments on the song from many.

On Friday, June 28, social media users voiced their opinions on the 34-year-old DJ and the 33-year-old hip-hop artist's joint track. Making use of Instagram, one in particular wrote, "Should have left it there. moving right along to Travis's collab album with The Guy everyone likes!!" adding laughing and yawning face emoji.

Another candidly stated, "Nah this beat isn't it, the production bad." A third complained, "This best should have gone to someone else. Also, the autotune is so overwhelming." A fourth added, "Music is not hitting anymore. something is lacking man." In the meantime, a fifth appeared to have blamed Travis, "I can't get into Travis for some reason. idk but he's missing something."

Mustard and Travis dropped "Parking Lot" on June 21, 2024. In the beginning of the joint track, Travis raps, "Ayy, ayy, ayy, 5 a.m. in the parkin' lot (Yeah)/ Four black trucks takin' parkin' spots (Yeah)/ She reached in my pants to see I'm soft or not (Not)."

The spitter goes on to rhyme, "I'm hard as a motherf**ker, Scott La Rock (Rock)/ I gave her good d**k, the type her heart'll stop (Heart'll stop)/ Them a*8 shots on her make an artist drop (Artist)/ N***a, damn, n***a, damn (Ayy, ayy, yeah), n***a, damn."

"12 a.m. at the crib goin' ham (At the crib)," the rapper continues. "Rollin' green, countin' bacon, Sam, I am him (Him)/ Windmillin' through the crowd, fan by fan (By fan)/ Remember how we used to do it hand by hand then?/ Five n***as, one gram, we split it twenty, damn (Damn)/ Not your average citizens, we're movin' like some immigrants."

"Parking Lot" is expected to serve as the lead single off Mustard's upcoming fifth studio album titled "Faith of a Mustard Seed". The 2-minute song, which came with its official music video, was unleashed through 10 Summers and BMG Rights Management.
