Three individuals were injured in the shooting that took place at a shopping strip on Verbena Street on Tuesday, May 14, but none of them was part of the production crew.

AceShowbiz - The production of a Lil Baby music video was marred by a shooting. On Tuesday, May 14, shooting erupted during the production of the rapper's upcoming new video in Atlanta, but thankfully he was unharmed in the incident.

A spokesperson for the "Drip Too Hard" hitmaker said he is safe following the incident. The spokersperson told The Shade Room that the hip-hop star, who was seen in the area before the shooting took place, and the production crew were not involved in the shooting.

Three people were injured in the incident, but none of them was part of the production team. "There may have been individuals involved in the totality of the production," noted Major Ralph Woolfolk.

According to FOX 5 Atlanta, the shooting rang out at 4:50 P.M. near a commercial strip on Verbena Street. A 24-year-old man was shot in the arm and a 27-year-old man was shot in the back. They were both rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment.

The third victim was not found at the location when police arrived. Officers later discovered that the third individual, a 23-year-old man who was shot in the neck, self-transported himself to the hospital. All three victims are currently listed as "alert, conscious, and breathing."

"The people who were shot were not part of the video production team but there may have been individuals involved in the totality of the production," Major Woolfolk told the local news outlet. Authorities described it as a "isolated and targeted incident."

Authorities refused to name an artist who shot the music video, but it was quickly determined that it was indeed Lil Baby. The 23-year-old emcee, whose real name is Dominique Armani Jones, was seen in the area where the shooting took place moments before the incident occurred.

In fan-taken footage, he was seen being flanked by his security guard and entourage while in the parking lot. He wore a white sleeveless shirt, green shorts and matching cap while seemingly wandering in the parking lot.
