The 'Gimme Some More' hitmaker, who has been open about his weight loss journey, shows a stark contrast in his look in recent photos taken just 20 days apart.

AceShowbiz - Busta Rhymes has raised people's eyebrows with his look. Having shown off his slimmed-down look, the rapper/actor has now left fans confused with a drastic change in his appearance in photos taken just 20 days apart.

On June 4, the 52-year-old took to his Instagram page to share a picture of him sporting a white outfit while standing on what looks like a yacht overlooking the sea at night. He looked fit in the photo with an apparent flat belly.

However, just weeks later, he was seen with a noticeable gut while donning a baby blue turtleneck sweater. Putting the two pictures side-by-side on X, formerly known as Twitter, a user wrote, "These two photos of Busta Rhymes are 20 days apart. Ozempic: 0 Oxtail: 1."

While some people claimed that the second photo seemed to be taken a few years ago, Busta looked just the same in a video he posted on Instagram last week. In the clip filmed at his dentist's office, his stomach was visibly protruding in his black T-shirt.

"He was skinny a week ago, now he got a gut," one person commented underneath the video. Others weighed in on the different look pointed out by the X user, with one writing, "That's that extra strength maximum dose Ozempic."

"Oxtails pulled an ozempic reverse, ozempic, ozempic out, plus a daw 4 more oxtails," another similarly accused Busta of weight loss drug use. A third joked, "When she take off that shape wear after a night of hookah and oxtails."

"What in the Wizarding World of Harry Pottah is going on here," a baffled fan exclaimed. A fifth person enthused, "6 days pregnant with a crab boil."

"Oxtails ain't did THAT! Was he photoshopping ?" someone wondered, while others pushed a theory that a slimmer Busta was a clone. "The Clone vs The Real Busta Rhymes," one of them wrote.

Someone else argued, "Just because it was posted 20 days apart doesn't mean the photo was the internet is not a real place," while another tried to explain, "He probably has an intolerance to something he ate. This happens to me when I eat gluten. And it happens immediately. I just be bloated, he goes away by the next day tho."

Busta, whose real name is Trevor George Smith Jr., started his weight loss journey in 2019, having reached a peak of 340 pounds, developing high blood pressure and polyps on his vocal cords. It caused a 90 percent blockage in his throat, burdensome breathing and even issues when he was intimate with his then-girlfriend.

"I had a breathing issue after the intimate interaction. ... I got up and I walked out of the bedroom so she wouldn't panic seeing me trying to keep myself calm," he recalled in an interview with Men's Health. He has attributed his transformation to a dedicated workout routine and strict dieting.
