Boxing icon Mike Tyson reassures fans he's back to full strength after a medical emergency on a flight while his opponent Jake Paul insists their upcoming fight is still on.

AceShowbiz - Mike Tyson has seemingly recovered after recently suffering from a medical scare on a flight from Miami to Los Angeles. The 57-year-old required medical attention after feeling "nauseous and dizzy" due to an ulcer flare-up just minutes before landing. Thankfully, he is now "100%" healthy again and his July fight with Jake Paul is still on.

In a Tuesday morning, May 28 post on his X page, Tyson reassured his followers about his health status. "Now feeling 100%," he wrote, "even though I don't need to be to beat Jake Paul." Tyson's representatives echoed his sentiments, explaining the situation had been fully resolved thanks to prompt medical assistance.

Tyson has been open about his health struggle. He previously said, "I have sciatica every now and then, and it flares up. When it flares up, I can't even talk! Thank God it's the only health problem I have. I'm splendid now. Everybody in my house is truly blessed, and we're all very grateful for whatever we have."

Meanwhile, Jake Paul, who will face Tyson in an eight-round professional bout, responded cryptically to the news of Tyson's latest medical emergency. Some fans and rivals had speculated that this incident might cast doubt on their highly anticipated match.

Paul denied any changes to the scheduled fight, criticizing those who quickly jumped to conclusions. "You love to make s*** up before knowing the facts for clicks / likes. Nothing changed #PaulTyson," Paul wrote on X, aiming to quash the rumors.

The fight, set to take place in Arlington, Texas, on July 20, remains unaffected by Tyson's recent health scare. The upcoming bout will be streamed on Netflix and is officially a part of both fighters' records.

Tyson, who last fought in a sanctioned match in 2005, brings an impressive 50-6 record with 44 knockouts to the ring. Jake Paul, 27, is 30 years younger than Tyson and has won nine of his ten professional battles, including a victory over Tommy Fury last year.

Despite their age difference, Tyson remains confident and ready to showcase his prowess once again. Fans worldwide await the clash between the seasoned legend and the rising star, hoping for an electrifying match with no complications.

As Tyson prepares to continue his training, it's clear that neither age nor a brief health hiccup can deter the spirit of "Iron" Mike Tyson.
