The piano-driven ballad is expected to make the cut to the songstress' upcoming third album, which is now still in the works.

AceShowbiz - The wait for JoJo's new music is finally over. On Wednesday, April 15, a piano-driven ballad called "Far From Heaven" arrived online as a preview of the songbird's upcoming third album, which she's currently still working on.

On the song, JoJo shows off her impressive vocals she's famous for over the haunting, gloomy piano. "So far from heaven with nowhere to run/ Should've seen it coming when we followed the sun/ Far from perfect in this universe/ No use fixing the things that never work/ So far from heaven," she belts the chorus.

JoJo has enlisted Da Internz, Gino Barletta and Noisecastle III among others for her new album that's coming via Atlantic Records. "It's just been so long since I've released an album that really what I wanna bring is just quality," she said to Rap-Up TV of the project last year.

"I wanna bring big songs. I want them to touch a wide range of people and I really want it to represent my very best work. I'm really not thinking about what other people are doing. I'm thinking about representing my personal best, delivering powerful vocals, and being honest and as raw as possible," she added.
