AceShowbiz - "The Voice" is welcoming a new addition into its musical advisor team, Ellie Goulding. The British singer has been confirmed to be joining the reality singing competition as advisor for Adam Levine's team.

Goulding will thus join this season's advisers including Lionel Ritchie for team Pharrell Williams, Nick Jonas for team Christina Aguilera, and Meghan Trainor for team Blake Shelton. Speaking of Goulding's involvement in the hit show, Levine had nothing but praise for her. The Maroon 5 frontman was quoted by PEOPLE as saying, "Ellie was so great. She's so human and easy to talk to. You could tell she had a profound impact on my team, which is awesome."

Appearing on "The Voice", in fact, isn't something new for Ellie Goulding. She previously teamed up with contestants James Wolper, Matthew Schuler, and Will Champlin to sing her hit song "Burn" for the show's fifth season.

In other Goulding news, the singer has her hit single "Love Me Like You Do", which was used as the soundtrack of box office film "Fifty Shades of Grey", topped the U.K. singles chart for four weeks in a row. It, additionally, was named the most streamed song of the week with over 2.3 million streams.
