During his recent concert in Boston, Justin Timberlake took a moment to poke fun at his recent legal troubles, delighting the audience with his witty remarks while also striking a chord with longtime fans.

AceShowbiz - Justin Timberlake, the 43-year-old Grammy winner, addressed his recent arrest for driving while intoxicated (DWI) with humor during his "Forget Tomorrow World Tour" concert at Boston's TD Garden on June 29. Opening his intermission with a playful joke, Timberlake remarked, "So uh, is there anyone here tonight that is driving and... no I'm just kidding," promptly earning a roar of laughter from the nearly 20,000-strong crowd.

Timberlake's comments alluded to his June 18 arrest in Sag Harbor, New York, where he was charged with one count of DWI and two citations for allegedly running a stop sign and failing to keep in his lane. According to the arrest report, Timberlake's 2025 BMW was observed failing to stay on the right side of the roadway and driving through a stop sign.

Following the humorous intro, Timberlake steered the conversation back to his fans, asking, "Is there anyone here tonight, that it's your first time here to the show? Is there anybody here that you've been to 1, 2, 3, maybe 4 of our shows?" He expressed his hopes that new attendees would "feel the fellowship and the love" and took the opportunity to reflect on his journey with loyal fans.

"For those of you that have been with me through all the weird haircuts... don't act like y'all didn't have bad haircuts! I took one for the team. Maybe like 3 or 4 for the team, but who's counting," Timberlake said, adding, "But it's been almost three decades together, you guys." This heartfelt exchange resonated deeply with the audience, reminding them of their shared experiences over the years.

Timberlake's concert came nearly two weeks after his arrest, where he reportedly told authorities, "I had one martini and I followed my friends home," but performed poorly on field sobriety tests. He is scheduled to appear in court on July 26, though his lawyer, Edward Burke Jr., will attend on his behalf as the singer will be touring in Europe at that time.

Since the incident, a source close to Timberlake and his wife, Jessica Biel, noted that the couple remains focused on their work and family. "They have faith in their legal team and continue to focus on work and their family instead," the source shared. The insider added, "Jess would never miss a show when she's able to attend. She's excited for him. They've moved on from the arrest."

Despite the legal hiccup, Timberlake continues to captivate audiences and maintain his iconic presence in the entertainment world. Biel was even spotted dancing enthusiastically at his Madison Square Garden show on June 25, further showcasing their unwavering support for each other.
