Kate Major, who shares two kids with Michael, was arrested in Texas following their volatile confrontation in the middle of the road.

AceShowbiz - Lindsay Lohan's father was celebrating the arrest of his estranged wife, Kate Major. As his ex was taken into custody following their dispute, Michael suggested that she deserved it.
"The decade of lies and deceptions represented by Kate are now catching up as well," the 69-year-old told TMZ. "I was never the abusive one and I was never violent."
Kate was arrested in Texas following their volatile confrontation in the middle of the road. A representative for the Kimble County Sheriff's Office told the outlet that Kate was booked on Friday at 11.00 A.M. for violation of a protection order.
As for Michael, he was forced to get the police involved because Kate wasn't supposed to be in his house or driving the car. He claimed he had an order of protection against his ex, and her driver's license was suspended. That was why he tried to stop her on the road and wait for police to handle the situation.
In a video from their argument, Michael could be heard yelling, "Get out of the car, I just spoke with your lawyer," as Kate called him a "psychopath" for involving the authorities. The argument left Kate exclaiming, "These poor kids, these poor children," lamenting the impact of the clash on their two sons, Landon, nine, and Logan, seven.
The situation escalated as law enforcement arrived, with Kate accusing Michael of following her and jumping in front of her car. She demanded that Michael undergo a 5150 evaluation. The clip concluded with Kate engaging in a discussion with the responding officer, expressing her frustration and disbelief.
The clash occurred just one day after an argument about Kate's drinking habits, which Michael chose not to report to authorities at that time. Despite being estranged for several years, the former couple remains legally married. Michael shares four children with his ex-wife, Dina Lohan, including Lindsay.
