Shia LaBeouf and FKA Twigs are entangled in a public and contentious lawsuit, raising serious allegations and revealing complicated dynamics during their relationship.

AceShowbiz - In an exclusive report from In Touch, it has been revealed that Shia LaBeouf's ex-girlfriend, FKA Twigs, is demanding an eight-figure sum from the actor in her lawsuit accusing him of knowingly exposing her to an STD and physically abusing her during their relationship. Court documents indicate that the two are currently embroiled in a legal battle over certain documents.

Shia LaBeouf, 38, claims that he has requested a series of financial documents from FKA Twigs, 36, after she alleged that she had suffered $10 million in damages, including lost wages, lost professional opportunities, and emotional distress. FKA Twigs asserts that the release of her album was delayed due to mental anguish, resulting in over $1 million in lost earnings, and that she lost contracts due to Shia's actions.

However, LaBeouf's lawyer contests these claims, stating, "Contrary to what [FKA] alleges, she appears to have increased her profile in the years after her relationship with Shia and her career appears to be thriving." The attorney pointed out her significant professional activity, including extensive tours, collaborations with popular artists such as The Weeknd, and participation in high-profile modeling campaigns and films.

The actor's legal team further argued that FKA Twigs's current work schedule and economic success do not align with someone supposedly traumatized by LaBeouf's alleged actions. They also demanded financial disclosure to challenge her claims of emotional distress.

Additionally, FKA Twigs has accused Shia of not turning over all relevant text messages while Shia claims he has provided every message he possesses. FKA Twigs has requested a neutral third-party vendor to inspect LaBeouf's electronic devices to ensure all communications are accounted for.

In her lawsuit, FKA Twigs accused Shia LaBeouf of emotional manipulation, controlling behavior, and physical abuse during their relationship from 2018 to 2019. She described several alleged incidents, including Shia slamming her against a car, attempting to strangle her, pulling a gun while driving, and knowingly exposing her to an STD.

Shia LaBeouf has denied all allegations of wrongdoing. While he has admitted to "failings with Twigs" during an interview on Jon Bernthal's Real Ones podcast, he did not mention her name specifically.

,p> "I hurt that woman," LaBeouf confessed. "And in the process of doing that, I hurt many other people, and many other people before that woman." He acknowledged his selfish and dishonest behavior and expressed a desire to take accountability in the #MeToo environment.

The legal battle continues with no ruling yet in sight, leaving the public to watch as these serious allegations unfold in court.
