AceShowbiz - SZA appeared to have made North West's day with her sweet gesture. The "Kill Bill" songstress gave a shout-out to the first child of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West during her recent concert.
On Saturday, June 22, the 34-year-old Grammy Award-winning singer entertained her fans at the American Family Insurance Amphitheater in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She took the stage during the Summerfest 2024, which was attended by many concertgoers including North, a group of her friends and her famous mother Kim.
At one point during her performance, SZA approached the packed audience and stood near the edge of the stage. She appeared to have noticed North, who was in the front row with her young pals. The singer took a moment to say hi to the 11-year-old. She quickly stopped singing to say, "Hi Northie!"
Kim, who apparently sat a little farther from the stage, was able to record the rare moment in a video. On Sunday, June 23, she made use of Instagram Stories to upload the short clip. Over the footage, she simply wrote, "Hi Northie." She also tagged SZA's official Instagram account.
SZA hit the stage a few days after she watched one fellow artist perform onstage. On Thursday, June 20, she made an appearance at Kendrick Lamar's "The Pop Out - Ken and Friends" show, which took place in Los Angeles. She showed her support for Kendirck, who has been feuding with Canadian hip-hop artist Drake.
The "Nobody Gets Me" singer seemingly attempted to be low-key with her ensemble, including oversized pants. She opted to wear a pair of blue denim pants, which seemingly were bigger than her actual size. She also donned a short-sleeved green tee, a pair of white high socks, blue sneakers, clear glasses and a colorful bandana.
During the show, SZA, whose real name is Solana Imani Rowe, appeared to have had a blast. In one video from the gig that circulated on Instagram, she was documented singing along as she moved her head and hands.
