Chris Hemsworth Embraces His Unexpected Cameo in 'Deadpool and Wolverine'

The Marvel Cinematic Universe actor has expressed his enthusiasm after footage of him from 'Thor: The Dark World' appeared in the third 'Deadpool' movie trailer.

While discussing his role in "Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga", Hemsworth shared his excitement with ComicBook. "It's really cool," he exclaimed. "You kind of forget and be like, 'Oh, cool! I'm part of the team.' "

In "Deadpool & Wolverine", Wade Wilson/Deadpool (Ryan Reynolds) manipulates archival footage, replacing Loki with himself. This unexpected collaboration showcases the interconnected nature of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, which Hemsworth finds endearing.

"I mean, that whole world is really cool to be a part of, and any time each other... I think it's what makes it all really cool is the interconnected nature of it," Hemsworth added.

The Marvel Studios film "Deadpool & Wolverine" is set to release on July 26. The movie stars Hugh Jackman as Wolverine, Ryan Reynolds as Deadpool, and features an ensemble cast including Matthew Macfadyen, Emma Corrin, Morena Baccarin, Leslie Uggams, Karan Soni, Stefan Kapicic, Brianna Hildebrand, Rob Delaney and Lewis Tan.

Meanwhile, Hemsworth's highly anticipated "Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga" will hit theaters on May 24. The prequel film explores Furiosa's past, as she seeks vengeance against her kidnappers and journeys to return home. The cast includes Anya Taylor-Joy, Tom Burke, Nathan Jones, Angus Sampson and Quaden Bayles.
