The Miami-based plastic surgeon files new legal documents, wherein he claims that he has lost 'hundreds of thousands of dollar' since the 'Real Housewives of Miami' star made the 'egregious' allegation.

AceShowbiz - Lenny Hochstein has opened up about a huge impact of Lisa Hochstein's "egregious" accusation leveled at him. The Miami-based plastic surgeon blamed "The Real Housewives of Miami" star's abuse allegation for his "financial losses" to his medical practice.
On Tuesday, January 9, Page Six revealed that the 57-year-old filed new legal documents to ask court to "sanction" Lisa and "place a gag order" on her "to prohibit her from further defamation and harassment." In the court papers, which were obtained and published by the outlet, he insisted that she made the abuse claim following her "calculated and deliberate plan" to "publicly humiliate" him.
In the legal docs, Lenny said that Lisa's domestic violence accusation, which he deemed "egregious," caused his plastic surgery practice to sustain "financial losses." He went on to claim that he has lost "hundreds of thousands of dollar" since she publicly alleged that he was abusive to her. As a result, he told the court that there's no way she can "reasonably expect" him to give her financial support that she has been receiving from him.
Lenny submitted the new court documents after Lisa accused him of physically abusing her and causing an injury on her arm. On November 22, 2023, she uploaded via Instagram Story a picture featuring a bruise above one of her elbows. "I'm being threatened and harassed through the court system and through 'others' by Lenny and it needs to stop," she penned over the snap.
"This was almost 2 weeks old from last season," the 41-year-old reality TV star continued. "You may have caught this bruise on the episode when I opened up to the women on the show about the divorce."
In the wake of the allegation, Lenny filed a defamation lawsuit against Lisa. He submitted the legal documents on December 1, 2023, and was seeking damages up to $100,000 as well as attorneys' fees. In the docs, he explained that he was not abusive to Lisa and did not cause the injury on her arm.
"It came about because [Lisa] as usual was yelling at and berating [Lenny] when he came home from work, as she did almost daily telling him how he never does anything right, so [Lenny] attempted to walk away and started walking up the stairs," he wrote in the court papers. "And [Lisa] walked in front of [him] going backwards up the stairs so she could continue yelling in [his] face and [she] lost her balance and fell on a stair."
