After being accused of domestic violence by his estranged wife, the Miami-based plastic surgeon claims that the 'Real Housewives of Miami' star incurred a bruise on her arm.

AceShowbiz - Lenny Hochstein has broken his silence following abuse allegations leveled at him. After being accused of domestic violence by his estranged wife Lisa Hochstein, the Miami-based plastic surgeon shut down "The Real Housewives of Miami" star's claims.
On Thursday, November 23, the 57-year-old denied Lisa's accusation suggesting that he was abusive to her. He issued a statement to Daily Mail that read, "Lisa obtained the bruise by falling on the staircase in our house." He recalled, "I came home one day, and Lisa met me at the entrance. As usual, she started yelling and screaming at me and berating me."
The surgeon went on to explain, "As I tried to walk upstairs, she walked ahead of me, for some reason she decided to walk backwards on the staircase so she could continue to yell at me to my face. She fell and landed on her left upper arm."
In the same statement, Lenny insisted, "I have never physically abused Lisa, or any woman for that matter in my life. I am against all forms of violence, especially against women. Lisa is aware of this and the fact that she would even imply that I had anything to do with this proves just exactly what kind of person she is." He then concluded, "I am discussing the next step with my attorney."
One day prior, Lisa alleged that Lenny caused an injury on her arm. The 41-year-old reality TV star uploaded a mirror selfie featuring the bruise via Instagram Story. In the snap, it could be seen that she had an injury above one of her elbows. Over the snap, she penned, "Didn't want to have to share this. But I'm left with no choice."
The Bravolebrity further wrote, "I'm being threatened and harassed through the court system and through 'others' by Lenny and it needs to stop. This was almost 2 weeks old from last season. You may have caught this bruise on the episode when I opened up to the women on the show about the divorce."
Previously, fans of "The Real Housewives of Miami" noticed that Lisa had a bruise on her arm in season 5 of the Bravo series. Some of them voiced their thoughts on the matter via X, formerly known as Twitter, in December 2022. One in particular tweeted, "Anyone notice the bruise on Lisa's arm in the recent #RHOM do we think Lenny did this?"
Lenny and Lisa are facing their ugly divorce. He filed for divorce in May 2022 after their 12 years of marriage. They have two children, 8-year-old Logan and 4-year-old Ella Marie, together. Currently, Lenny is engaged to model Katharina Mazepa, while Lisa is dating the CEO of Introhive, Jody Glidden.
