Lindsay Lohan is revealed to make an epic return in the upcoming reboot of Tina Fey's 2004 teen comedy film in a clip from a Spanish-dubbed version of the new movie.

AceShowbiz - Lindsay Lohan is still very much part of the "Mean Girls" universe. After attending the premiere of the new movie in New York, the actress is revealed to make a cameo appearance in the new "Mean Girls (2024)" musical.

The major cameo was apparently meant to be a surprise as everyone, including Lohan and Tina Fey, has been tight-lipped about Lohan's return. However, it was spoiled with leaked footage from the upcoming film.

A clip, which appears to be from a Spanish-dubbed version of the movie, is circulating online as the film has been released earlier abroad, including in Europe. In the footage, Lohan makes her epic return as a moderator of an academic competition.

The 37-year-old does not reprise her role as Cady Heron, which is played by Angourie Rice in the new iteration, but pays homage to the character's time with the "Mathletes" at North Shore High School. In the original movie, Cady and her teammates go head-to-head with a rival high school during an academic decathlon on the night of the Spring Fling.

This time, Lohan is the one presiding over the competition from a podium on stage, with Rice's Cady among the students participating. Lohan quips in the scene that the moment feels "familiar," while Fey's Ms. Norbury is seen among the audience.

On Monday, January 8, Lohan showed up at the premiere of the "Mean Girls" reboot at the AMC Lincoln Square Theater. The mother of one, who starred alongside Rachel McAdams, Amanda Seyfried and Lacey Chabert in the 2004 hit film, flashed her taut tummy in an abs-baring dress. She rocked a long-sleeved black gown that had a gorgeous cutout on both sides with a diamond belt.

On the red carpet, Lohan talked about being part of the original "Mean Girls" film. "It's stood the test of time," she said of the 2004 film. "I feel really grateful. I mean, it's not very often that you have all these movies that do that. 'Mean Girls' really opened the doors for a lot of things going on in schools. I think it's also a really fun movie, so it's really a blessing."

She also dished on her recent reunion with her former co-stars for a Walmart Black Friday ad. "The three of us are friends," she told ET. "I love Amanda and she's done so well with her career. She's such a great actress and Lacey as well. We're good friends and that's what matters most."
