New Plot Details of 'Sex and the City 2' Unveiled

Although Warner Bros. Pictures has not released an official plot of "Sex and the City 2", details of the storyline have been unveiled by Israeli newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth, which claimed they have obtained a leaked script. Based on the copy of its script, it has been known what some of the major characters might be dealing with in the second film.

[SPOILER ALERT!] According to the publication, Carrie Bradshaw has a hard situation since her marriage with Mr. Big is put to a test after they lose everything in a financial scam. Seeking for a new job, Mr. Big ends up in London, where he's living in a rundown apartment, but cheats on Carrie - who dumps him before finding out she's pregnant.

Stars of 'Sex and the City 2' Spotted Filming in Morocco

The production of "Sex and the City 2" has indeed left New York for Morocco, and photos from the North African set have made their way out as proofs. Spotted filming scenes at Marrakech, one of the country's biggest cities, were two of the "Sex and the City" stars, Sarah Jessica Parker and Cynthia Nixon.

SJP was captured wearing a J'adore Dior t-shirt with ball gown-like lavender and gray skirt. On her feet, she slipped on baby-pink snakeskin heels. Meanwhile, Nixon was seen in an all-white outfit consisting of a blazer and floor-length skirt. Two of the set photos can be seen at New York Post, while two others are posted by In Style.

Miley Cyrus has shot her cameo part for "Sex and the City 2" in mid-November, and she has taken it to KIIS-FM morning radio show to share her shooting experience. On Friday, October 30, the star of "Hannah Montana" told Ryan Seacrest, "It was like the best job I'd ever been on. It was a total dream come true."

The daughter of country crooner Billy Ray Cyrus continued on praising some of the stars of the romantic comedy. "It was so cool. Working with Kim [Cattrall] was a really cool," the 16-year-old actress/singer shared. "And Sarah Jessica Parker was like the nicest person in the world."

While the 2008's "Sex and the City" took about 145 minutes to watch, it has been revealed that its sequel won't be that long. In a recent interview with MTV, one of the romantic comedy stars, Kristin Davis, gave clues on the runtime of "Sex and the City 2" in addition to some other details.

Asked whether the second movie adaptation of the popular HBO series will be as "big" as the first movie in term of length, the Charlotte York depicter said, "Oh no. This one is not going to be that long. It's like condensed soup." When MTV reporter Josh Horowitz questioned if "every minute will be meaty", she responded, "Yes! Miley Cyrus has long been reported to be making a cameo in "Sex and the City 2", and a number of newly-found pictures from the set have served as proofs to the circulating story. The set photos coming from Splash News present the "Hannah Montana" leading actress together with one of the movie's stars, Kim Cattrall.

On Friday, October 16, the 16-year-old actress/singer filmed her cameo part at the Ziegfeld Theatre in New York City. She was seen in a red carpet scene with the older actress, wearing matching metallic dresses and knee-length boots. The only difference spotted from the two's outfits is the neck accessory they were donning.

There is a chance that Miley Cyrus will be making an appearance in "Sex and the City 2". Obtaining the movie's filming schedule, Life & Style unraveled that the star of Disney's "Hannah Montana: The Movie" is set to appear in a scene for this "Sex and the City" sequel. She is expected to film her part for one day of shooting on October 16.

A source close to the set acknowledged that the teen sensation who stars in "The Last Song" has been approached for the cameo part, but she has yet to give confirmation about whether or not she will be involved. "They've asked her," the insider informed the publication. "But she hasn't confirmed. Right now, they're just holding the space for her."

Production for "Sex and the City" sequel has reportedly been stalled by several problems. On one of the reasons why, Us Weekly has learned that Warner Bros. Pictures may have to find another location after plans to base part of the plots of "Sex and the City 2" in Dubai have upset the United Arab Emirates government.

The authorities of the nation apparently "aren't keen on the title because of the word 'sex'," a source told the publication. Beside the location problem, the cast allegedly cannot act in front of the camera anytime soon because the New York shoot for the Michael Patrick King-directed movie has already been pushed back until the end of August for some reasons which are not mentioned.

It is official, "Sex and the City 2" is on the go. In the latest report related to the much anticipated sequel to "Sex and the City", New Line Cinema spokeswoman Candice McDonough confirmed to the Associated Press that the four main actresses, Sarah Jessica Parker, Kim Cattrall, Kristin Davis and Cynthia Nixon, will indeed reunite for another feature film installment of the popular HBO's TV series.

In addition to the return of the "Sex and the City" stars, AP also announced that writer-director Michael Patrick King has also signed a contract to pen the script for the sequel. "I'm very excited to work with these amazing actresses again and would love to give everyone more information about the sequel...but I'm busy with my 'Sex' life," so King said in a statement released to the trade.

I cannot wait to see the sequel. I loved the first film, however, I would like to point out that Samantha (below) seems to contradict herself by rating the movie with two stars yet praising its future achievements. I swear, sometimes people who comment online could really use an online dictionary or rhetorical techniques...

Yes I am so very delighted to know that I can look forward to another fabulous movie. I have loved the characters in the series and the movie. I think the first movie was great because it stayed true to the girls and their personalities. Keep the Sex and the CIty coming please.
