Movie Story
At the Forest Ridge Mall, head of security Ronnie Barnhardt (Seth Rogen) patrols his jurisdiction with an iron fist. The master of his domain, he combats skateboarders, shoplifters and the occasional unruly customer while dreaming of the day when he can swap his flashlight for a badge and a gun.
Ronnie's delusions of grandeur are put to the test when the mall is struck by a flasher. Driven by his personal duty to protect and serve the mall and its patrons, Ronnie seizes the opportunity to showcase his underappreciated law enforcement talents on a grand scale, hoping his solution of this crime will earn him a coveted spot at the police academy and the heart of his elusive dream girl Brandi (Anna Faris), the hot make-up counter clerk who won't give him the time of day.
But his single-minded pursuit of glory launches a turf war with the equally competitive Detective Harrison (Ray Liotta) of the Conway Police, and Ronnie is confronted with the challenge of not only catching the flasher, but getting him before the real cops.

a very bad rip-off of paul blart: mall cop. the highlight of this movie was when a fat man with the smallest penis i've ever seen runs around for what seems like an eternity. and that was just disgusting. thumbs down.

This movie is BRILLIANT! Those that don't get it are the retards expecting to see easy laugh and comfortable escape...not so. I KNOW these people but they're not near as funny. Jody Hill is a genius and deserves to make whatever the fuck he wants. LOVED this movie. Too deep for most Rogen fans, I guess, but I'm ecstatic he decided to star in it.

this movie has gotten so many bad reviews for a date rape scene? listen people, the world needs to focus it's anger on something a little more serious than a hollywood comedy. you hear and see worse shit walking down the street. i was a fan of this movie the minute i walked in and im so happy that rogen isn't picking the same role over and over again, truly talented.

A 21st century "taxi driver"- plain and simple. The movie's humor is too callous to be comedy, yet too obnoxious to be serious drama.... Still it has impact, and comes across with a message, albeit a mudlled one, of not so much self realization, but acceptance that the Berkhardt character is seriously "f"'ed up....
