Synopsis

The story centers on a burnt-out young man who seeks to escape the rat race of New York and moves into a Florida retirement home under the illusion that old people will be kind and harmless. Instead, he finds the home to be akin to high school for seniors, complete with sex, drugs and peer pressure.
