As Draco Malfoy in "Harry Potter" series
'Harry Potter' Baddie Could Join 'Twilight Saga's Eclipse'
July 15, 2009 09:07:58Words have been swirling around that Tom Felton of the "Harry Potter" series could be up for "The Twilight Saga's Eclipse". According to MTV's Hollywood Crush, the Draco Malfoy depicter has been linked to the role of Riley, who happens to be Victoria's new fighting partner, for the follow-up movie to upcoming "The Twilight Saga's New Moon".
Responding to the speculation, the 21-year-old who will be seen in "Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince" took it to his fansite Feltbeats.com. To Feltbeats, he gushed "I'll be ready when they want me!" before quickly adding, "Really, I'm only joking. I'm not really sure at this point; but you will be the first to know if I find out anything!" He then reinforced his comment by writing a message in his Twitter page, "i keep getting asked if im being cast as Riley in Twilight! Ill let you all know if so!!!"
Missing On-Screen Dad, Tom Felton Can't Wait to Start on 'Deathly Hallows'
March 31, 2009 01:03:03There is another reason behind Tom Felton's eagerness to reprise his Draco Malfoy role in "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows" and that is Jason Isaacs. Recently Bristol's Evening Post reported that the 21-year-old has confessed that he can't wait to start filming the final two films of the "Harry Potter" series because he misses Isaacs who plays his on-screen father in the series.
"I haven't seen him for a couple of years but he's a great guy and he is a bit of a dad," he explained why he can't wait to work alongside the older actor. "I look up to him a lot when we're filming, he's a good role model to have on the set to follow in his footsteps. Lucius is an evil son of a gun and Jason is very good at turning that on when he's talking to you normally, it's scary."
Official Harry Potter 6 Cast Lineup Announced
November 17, 2007 01:11:56No more questions, no more speculations on who to play who in "Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince" anymore as Warner Bros. Pictures has just made the official casting announcement for the project through its President of Production Jeff Robinov.
Almost all of the original lineup are making their returns to this sixth installment of the mega-hit fantasy franchise. Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint, and Emma Watson are certainly back into their posts and so are David Bradley, Robbie Coltrane, Warwick Davis, Tom Felton, Michael Gambon, Alan Rickman, Maggie Smith, Julie Walters, Matthew Lewis, Bonnie Wright, and David Thewlis.
