Trio Lend Voices for Disney's G-Force
November 24, 2007 02:11:55Blending live-action with CGI technique, Walt Disney Pictures' "G-Force" has picked names like Nicolas Cage, Steve Buscemi, and Tracy Morgan to provide three of the lead voices in the flick, The Hollywood Reporter has revealed.
Cage will fill in the voice of Speckles the mole while Buscemi and Morgan are voicing Bucky the hamster and Blaster the guinea pig, respectively. Meanwhile, story revolves around a group of ultra-intelligent animal commandos who work for a government agency trying to prevent an evil billionaire from taking over the world.

Stars keep coming down to bring more highlights to Adam Sandler's new vehicle of "I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry." After Jessica Biel, it's Steve Buscemi and Dan Aykroyd's turn to give nods of their inclusion in the flick's cast. Both versatile actors with long-list acting resume, Buscemi is billed as a city official who keeps a close eye on the titular characters while Aykroyd as the captain of the fire department where those two guys work at.
A Universal Pictures production, "Chuck and Larry" centers on two heterosexual firemen, played by Sandler and Kevin James, who pretends to be a gay married couple in order to qualify for their department's domestic-partner benefits. Dennis Duigan is attached to direct based on script written by Alexander Payne and James Taylor. Seating as producers are Tom Shadyac, Michael Bostick, plus Jack Giarraputo.

Stars Set for Van Gogh Remakes
December 20, 2005 01:12:45The likes of Sienna Miller, Steve Buscemi, Tony Shalhoub and Patricia Clarkson are all teaming up to star in the U.S. remakes of two films by slain Dutch director Theo van Gogh. Their publicist confirmed this on Thursday Dec 15.
Shalhoub and Clarkson, the two are set to star in the US reworking of Van Gogh's 1996 film "Blind Date." In the film which Stanley Tucci going to produce, the twosome will portray a married couple who very tragically lost their child in a car accident. Since the child's death they've been unable to spend time together, and they can't not be together, so they sort of meet on blind dates and role-play as strangers.
