Matthew, who previously said he doesn't believe in marriage, "immediately agreed to Camila's request. Having his son has changed his priorities in life," adds the source.

Hollywood's prince charming and movie star, Matthew McConaughey, is lining not only for one, but two big screen projects. Last seen playing with Sarah Jessica Parker in a romantic comedy entitled "Failure to Launch", McConaughey is heading up for another movie title in the same genre.
Under the production of New Line Cinema, McConaughey's next role is as a man dealing with his commitment phobia in a resurrected "Ghosts of Girlfriends Past". The movie was supposed to have Brad Pitt in the leading role back in 2003. In fact, it was four weeks left to start the production when the Walt Disney Co. put it offset. This time, the renewal holds Jon Shestack, one of the original producers, and has Scott Moore and John Lucas write the script, and to be released in the holiday of 2007.

Explaining on what is going on between them, both Cruz and Matthew released a joint statement saying they "have decided to take time off as a couple. Due to busy work schedules and so much time apart, they mutually decided four weeks ago that separating was the best thing to do at this time."

All hailed from Texas with talent and full dedication, Matthew McConaughey, Lyle Lovett, JoBeth Williams, and Kris Kristofferson this time will receive honor at the sixth annual Texas Film Hall of Fame Awards slated to be held on March 10 for their contributions to films. Lovett, as announced by the Austin Film Society, will be presented the AMD Live Soundtrack Award for his work in the soundtrack of "Dr. T and the Women" also in his 2003 album, "Smile", which contains his cover version of various soundtracks.
Still at the same event, Memphis native Cybill Shepherd will be the representative to accept the Frontier Award on behalf of the 1971 Texas movie "The Last Picture Show" which revolves around an isolated West Texas town and its lonely inhabitants.

Favorite Leading Lady honor went to Reese Witherspoon, and the Favorite Leading Man was Brad Pitt.
