Blue Carpet Treatment for 'Monsters vs. Aliens' L.A. Premiere
March 23, 2009 10:03:04Gibson Amphitheatre in Universal City, California has become the host of "Monsters vs. Aliens" Los Angeles premiere on Sunday morning, March 22. Celebrating the special screening event, DreamWorks Animation greeted the celebrities with a unique blue carpet and a man-high statue of B.O.B., one of the monsters in the movie.
Reese Witherspoon, Seth Rogen, Hugh Laurie, Will Arnett, Kiefer Sutherland, Rainn Wilson, Paul Rudd and Amy Poehler were among the film's voice talents attending the premiere. Joining them on the blue carpet were producer Lisa Stewart and directors, Rob Letterman and Conrad Vernon.
'24: Redemption' Hit New York for Premiere

Kiefer, was joined at the November 19 event by the movie's other cast such as Cherry Jones, Jon Voight, and Robert Carlyle among others.
"24: Redemption" is a two-hour movie that will hit the small screen on Sunday, November 23 via FOX. It was created based on the popular series "24" in anticipation of the long break between "24" sixth to seventh season, that was caused by the writer's strike. It serves as a prequel that correlates between seasons six and seven, set in Southern Africa where Jack finds himself caught up in a military coup.

On Thursday, September 11, the Academy of Television Arts and Science has confirmed that Christina Applegate, Candice Bergen, David Boreanaz, Wayne Brady, Lauren Conrad, Jimmy Kimmel and Kiefer Sutherland will be presenting the winged woman statuettes.
