Exclusive Footage of 'Watchmen' and 'Friday the 13th' to Be Featured at 'Scream 2008'
October 15, 2008 09:10:56On October 21, fans will be treated with exclusive never-before-seen footage of "Watchmen" and "Friday the 13th" at the Third Annual Scream Awards, "Scream 2008". The exciting news was revealed by Spike TV on Tuesday, October 14, through the press release on the honoring of Anthony Hopkins as the recipient of the first-ever Legend Award.
Beside uncovering the world premiere of the footage from the two Warner Bros. highly anticipated movies, the network also came out with more names for the presenters, including Malin Akerman, Selma Blair, Milla Jovovich, Jaime King, Paz Vega, filmmaker Frank Miller, director Jon Favreau, and Michael C. Hall and the cast of "Dexter". Additionally, The Smashing Pumpkins and Kerli have been appointed to be the performers, Pumpkins with their new hit "G.L.O.W." and Kerli with "Walking On Air".
Video Premiere: Kerli's 'Love Is Dead'
February 26, 2008 10:02:12Def Jam artist Kerli has premiered her debut music video for the single "Love Is Dead". Kerli's love for fairytales, darkness and creepy images are blended in this video which is directed by Josh Mond.
"Love Is Dead" is the first single and the title track of the Estonian singer's debut album. In the song she sings "All I want/Is right here/But love don't live here anymore/And love don't live here anymore" which reportedly is a picture of her idea. Commenting on the song Kerli previously told AceShowbiz that she did not believe in love when she wrote that song. "But I do believe in love," she added. "Not even like romantic kind of love so much but I do believe in universal love. Collective love."
