Notwithstanding the approval, Heidi is yet to make public announcement whether or not she intends to be known professionally as Heidi Samuel. Statement also hasn't been made by her people.

"It's difficult to imagine loving another child as much as you love your existing children," Seal writes to People. "Anyone who has a family will tell you this. Where will one find that extra love? Her request is yet to be made official. Another hearing for the matter is set for November 20 later this year. Neither Klum nor Seal has addressed the report though.

December 09, 2005 10:12:03Heidi Klum is facing another lawsuit which is still about her latest work, Project Runway, the reality show she hosts on Bravo. It's New York-based designers Cynthia Rodriguez and Elizabeth Marie Anne Zwiebach who filed the suit, claiming they've pitched a 40-page outline of a reality show called American Runway to Klum's agents in 2003 and expressed their interest in developing the project.
Further they revealed to have registered and copyrighted their work with the Writers Guild of America in March 2003 and apparently Project Runway is "strikingly similar" to their original concept. Thus, Cynthia and Elizabeth name the likes of Klum, Disney, Disney's Miramax Film Corp. unit, Miramax founders Harvey and Robert Weinstein, their new venture Weinstein Co. and NBC Universal as defendants in the lawsuit.
Writer Sues Klum Over Project Runway Rights

It is all because she is facing a legal suit filed by a writer named Joel Lamontagne who claims that Klum's "Project Runway" reality show is based on a rejected script he penned two years ago.
In his court documents, Lamontagne claims he wrote a script for a reality show, called "America's Fashion Designer Search" and registered it with the Writer's Guild of America in 2003. Unfortunately for him that the company was too busy to proceed at that time.

German Supermodel Klum Has Baby
September 14, 2005 01:09:45German supermodel Heidi Klum has given birth to a baby boy, her first child with pop star husband Seal. Named Henry, the baby was born in the early hours of Tuesday morning and weighed in 8-pound.
The mother and her son are doing well, Klum's spokeswoman said on Tuesday. The baby boy, in fact, is Klum's second child. She has had a 1-year-old daughter, Leni, from her previous relationship with Formula One racecar manager Flavio Briatore.

There hasn't any exact date mentions when the baby will be delivered, but it presumably due sometimes in September. And so does there hasn't any further information about Klum and Seal wedding schedule.
