In the upcoming episode of "Penny Dreadful: City of Angels," the supernatural detective series set in 1938 Los Angeles, Detective Tiago Vega (Daniel Zovatto) and his partner Detective Lewis Michener (Nathan Lane) investigate a series of gruesome murders that may be connected to the supernatural. The preview for the episode, "1.08," shows Vega and Michener investigating the murder of a young woman who was found dead in a pool of blood. The detectives suspect that the murder may be the work of a supernatural creature, and they turn to occultist Dr. Peter Craft (Rory Kinnear) for help.
