Co-ed call girls, kidnapping and break-ups-another quiet day at Oceanside Wellness. Addison gets involved with a med student moonlighting as a call girl. Cooper risks his medical license to help a kidnapped diabetic boy. Pete and Violet had sex!

Cooper discovers that his young diabetic patient is a kidnapping victim. Sam insists Cooper call the police but the boy begs Cooper to let them go. His father helped him escape his mother's abusive boyfriend. He says, "He's the only one who believed in me." How could Cooper say no to the kid? The case gets more complicated when the boy suffers a seizure.

Addison is shocked to find out that her patient is paying her way through med school as a call girl. Everyone, especially Kevin, is opposed to Addison treating the call girl but Addison has a soft spot for her. Addison is having dinner with Kevin when she gets a call from the prostitute. She was hit by her john and needs help.

Kevin argues with Addison to call the police but Addison insists on going herself. She finds her call girl bloody, bruised and with broken ribs. The girl refuses to go to the hospital. She's afraid her parents will find out. Addison puts her in the ambulance and instructs her to pay in cash and go under the name Jane Doe. Sam shakes his head in disapproval. You may disagree with Addison's actions, but the girl needed serious help.

Pete and Violet find themselves alone in the elevator. They are just about to kiss when the doors open. Surprise! It's Pete's girlfriend. She's suspicious of Pete and Violet. And with good reason-Pete and Violet had sex!

Wyatt wants Naomi to help his cancer patient get pregnant now that she's in remission. Naomi is temped to help this woman be the first person with this type of cancer to have a child. Sam and Addison can't believe that Naomi would even consider working for him when he and Charlotte are trying to drive them out of business.

Charlotte confronts Cooper about the kidnapped boy. She's called the police but she covered for Coop. She doesn't want him to lose his medical license. Cooper runs to find the father and son. He gives them all the medicine the boy will need and urges them to run.

Naomi has decided to work with Wyatt and tells Sam and Addison, "I want to be inspired again." Sam is really disappointed in Naomi and also the way Addison and Cooper handled their cases. He tells them, "We are our actions."

Addison takes Sam's words to heart and visits the call girl in the hospital. She tries to talk her into finding another way to make money but the call girl isn't willing to give up the job or the money. Addison tells her, "You might think you're a med student. Right now you're a hooker." She also tells her that she can't be her doctor anymore.

Addison comes home to find Kevin with his bags packed. He complains about Addison's control issues and the fact she has never even been to his house. He thinks the only reason they got back together was because he got shot. Addison tries to deny it but he isn't convinced and walks out. Too bad, he's hot. Maybe there will be makeup sex???
