AceShowbiz - Emma Watson appeared to have debuted her new relationship. More than one year after calling it quits with Brandon Green, the actress portraying Hemione Granger in "Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets" packed on the PDA with a mystery man.
In pictures obtained and published by The U.S. Sun on Monday, July 1, it could be seen that the 34-year-old actress was out and about with an unidentified man, who has black hair and matching beard, days prior. The two were not shy to show their affection towards each other during the day out.
One of the photos captured Emma and the unknown young man looking smitten with each other. They were pictured standing close in front of one another before sharing a kiss on the lips. While locking lips, he tenderly touched her cheek with one of his hands, prompting her to flash her radiant smile.
According to a source, Emma looked happy during the PDA-filled outing. The source spilled to the media outlet, "She looked incredibly happy - like she didn't have a care in the world. Her suitcases were put in the back of a black Range Rover by her security and she was saying goodbye."
"They were incredibly close - they didn't seem to care who was looking. They only had eyes for one another," the source went on to reveal, adding, "Emma loves Oxford and is here regularly because of her family - but it appears she now has another reason to love the city."
The outlet noted that the actress "is currently splitting her time between the U.S. and Oxford after signing up for a part-time Masters degree. She only attends a handful of lectures on site - with security in tow - and completes the rest online."
The PDA-filled day out came more than one year after it was reported that Emma ended her relationship with Brandon. In May 2023, Daily Mail reported that the pair broke up "some time after Christmas." The two were in a "serious" relationship for 18 months as they had met each other's parents.
While it was unknown what caused the split, the actress and the son of British fashion businessman Sir Phillip Green allegedly went their separate ways because she "had some kind of epiphany connected to her 'Saturn return' and decided that she wanted out of the relationship."
