According to the news outlet, the pair broke up "some time after Christmas." The two were in a "serious" relationship for 18 months as they had met each other's parents.
It's unknown what caused the split, but the report suggested that Emma "had some kind of epiphany connected to her 'Saturn return' and decided that she wanted out of the relationship." While celebrating her 33rd birthday on April 15, Emma wrote on Instagram, "This is 33. Holy moly. Before 29 I hadn't even heard of a Saturn Return as a concept. Let's just say that now I am well acquainted."
She went on to say that she had re-evaluated her life, done "a lot of therapy" and "said goodbye to my Grandma and Grandpa." She wrote, "I cut my thumb nail off on both hands trying to cook for myself and then was only able to do things one-handed for months."
"I felt really sad and really p*ssed off about a lot of things. I learnt more about love and being a woman... It took me three years but I have finally figured out a daily practice and can actually keep it for more than a few days in a row," she continued.
The actress was first linked to the 29-year-old in summer 2022. At the time, they were photographed holding hands during their romantic getaway in Venice, Italy.
The split rumors arrived after it was said that Emma is getting back together with one of her ex-boyfriends. The "Beauty and the Beast" actress was previously spotted attending a Taylor Swift concert in Las Vegas with her ex Brendan Wallace. However, it's unknown if it was just a friendly outing or there's more between them.
Brandon, meanwhile, is known for being a party-lover. He used to date a number of models and was once caught patting Kate Moss' bottom on holiday in St Barths.
