The '...Baby One More Time' singer is seen landing in California following a short trip to Mexico and a reported reconciliation with her kids Sean Preston and Jayden James.

AceShowbiz - Britney Spears has been seemingly living her best life these days while her ex-boyfriend Justin Timberlake is dealing with the repercussion of his recent DWI arrest. The pop icon has resurfaced in California following a wild Cabo break and a secret reunion with her children.

On Monday, June 24, the 42-year-old was seen after touching down at the Van Nuys Airport in Los Angeles at the conclusion of a short trip to Mexico. In photos obtained by Daily Mail, she appeared to be in good spirits as she was accompanied by a female assistant.

The "Hold It Against Me" singer appeared to go braless underneath a coral pink mini dress that hugged her curves. She paired her super short dress with a pair of Birkenstock sandals with black straps, a straw hat and aviator sunglasses.

Britney completed her beach-ready look with a black choker necklace and she carried a white hoodie with a stain on one of the sleeves as well as a pale yellow handbag. She first emerged from a SUV in the white hoodie, but she quickly stripped out of it amid Los Angeles' current heat wave.

Prior to her Mexico trip, Britney has reportedly reconciled with her estranged sons Sean Preston and Jayden James. According to Daily Mail, she has been secretly speaking to them for months, even visiting them in Hawaii and arranging secret meet-ups in California.

A well connected family insider said that the mother of two and her teenage boys are "fully back on track," two years after their public rift stemming from her son's interview. "Britney has been speaking to, and working on, her relationship with Sean Preston and Jayden for months now," the insider said. "She has gone to Hawaii to see them and they have come to her house to spend time with her," the source dished.

"The boys have so much love for their mother, as she does for them. Things are fully back on track and they are looking forward to the future together," the source claimed, adding that Britney's brother Bryan Spears was behind the long-awaited reunion.

"Bryan was instrumental in facilitating their reunion. He cares so much for Britney and about his nephews," the source shared, before explaining, "She wanted to keep this quiet because she didn't want it to jeopardize their chances of reconciliation, but she's actually been back to being their mom again since February."

In other news, Britney's attorney Mathew Rosengart, who was instrumental in freeing the star from her controversial 13-year conservatorship, has announced that he's no longer representing the singer. "As she desired, her freedom now includes that she will no longer need to attend or be involved with court in this matter," he said on Monday. "It has been an honor to serve as Britney's litigator and to help her achieve her goals."
