AceShowbiz - The Hollywood Chamber of Commerce has announced the Class of 2025 for the Hollywood Walk of Fame, featuring iconic names in film, television, music, sports and theater.

Leading the class are two-time Academy Award winner Jane Fonda, soccer legend David Beckham and the late musical icon Prince. Fonda will join her father, Henry Fonda, as a Walk of Fame honoree, continuing a family tradition of excellence in the entertainment industry.

The film honorees include John Carpenter, Jessica Chastain, Bill Duke, Robert Englund, Emilio Estevez, Colin Farrell, Nia Long, Lisa Liu, Glynn Turman and Toni Vaz. The television honorees are Fran Drescher, Lauren Graham, Bill Nye, Molly Shannon, Sherri Shepherd, Courtney B. Vance, Chris Wallace and the creators of "South Park", Trey Parker and Matt Stone (honored in a double ceremony).

The music industry will be well-represented with a diverse group of artists receiving stars, Fantasia Barrino, Depeche Mode, Los Bukis, The B-52s, Green Day, The Isley Brothers, Busta Rhymes, George Strait, Keith Urban and WAR.

Theater honorees Alan Cumming and Misty Copeland join sports legend Orel Hershiser (baseball) and radio personality Adam Carolla as recipients of Walk of Fame stars. "Each honoree truly embodies the essence of excellence in their respective fields," said Chairman Peter Roth.

While selected to receive a star, it is not guaranteed that each honoree will schedule their ceremony within the two-year window. The Hollywood Chamber of Commerce's Walk of Fame Selection Panel chooses the new honorees, who are then ratified by the Board of Directors.
