The show also featured special guest performances from notable artists like Steve Lacy, Tyler, the Creator, Ty Dolla $ign, Jay Rock, ScHoolboy Q, Dr. Dre, and Ab-Soul. In its closing moments, the stage was graced by a star-studded lineup including YG, Mustard, DeMar DeRozan, Russell Westbrook, Tommy the Clown, and several gang members.

Many praised Kendrick for hosting the event, one in particular was media personality Charlamagne Tha God. Calling him the "King of Hip-Hop," he stated, "Kendrick set the toneā€¦He let us know that this was a victory lap, and he came there to blood and crip-walk on his enemy's head-top. And to me, the show wasn't about Drake as much it was about Kendrick Lamar becoming the undisputed heavyweight champion of hip-hop."
