The country music singer also reveals an alleged handwritten love letter from his estranged wife begging him to take her back after he filed to end their seven-month marriage.

AceShowbiz - Billy Ray Cyrus claims Firerose blocked his daughter from contacting her amid their divorce. In amendment/supplement to his initial annulment and divorce complaint, the musician says his estranged wife tried to "isolate" him from his family by blocking communication with at least one of his daughters.
Billy filed the amended/supplemental complaint on Monday, June 17. In the complaint obtained by PEOPLE, he says that he discovered Firerose "had been conducting a campaign to isolate" him from his family since he filed for divorce in May.
Per the complaint, the 62-year-old says he "discovered that the Defendant [Firerose], unknowingly to Plaintiff [Billy], blocked at least one (1) of his daughters from being able to contact him on his phone(s) or electronic devices."
Billy has two daughters, Miley Cyrus and Noah Cyrus, with ex-wife Tish Cyrus. He also adopted Tish's daughter from another relationship, Brandi Cyrus. The document does not specify which daughter Firerose allegedly blocked from contacting him.
The country music star also claims Firerose lied about being married twice before, lied about her last name, and is trying to use his last name to further her own career. He also claims that after he filed for divorce on May 23, Firerose made 37 unauthorized charges on his business credit card totaling nearly $97,000.
In response to the filing, Firerose's attorneys write, "To claim Wife has made 37 unauthorized charges is untrue. Throughout the divorce proceedings, the parties are to live as per the status quo during the marriage. Wife was simply living as she has since October 10, 2023, and Husband has no right to cut her off."
To Page Six, Billy's camp shares an alleged love note he received from Firerose after he filed to end their seven-month marriage. "I miss you more than I can possibly explain in words Baby," the handwritten letter reads. "Please let's work this out and not become anything but closer out of this hellish experience. I need you. I love you. I am so sorry."
Firerose allegedly also sent a lengthy text message to Billy after the split. "I'm praying with my entire soul that we can find each other again today," the message reads. "I feel completely loss & miss you more than I can explain."
"You have been my best friend in the world every day for over 4 years. 24/7. I miss you terribly," the text continues. "My heart is shattered & I need my best friend right now more than ever." The 36-year-old singer said she lost 5 lbs from the stress of their pending divorce before once again professing her love.
The love letter is unveiled after Firerose accused her estranged husband of "verbal, emotional, and psychological abuse" in response to Billy's divorce filing. She claimed that the "Achy Breaky Heart" crooner "ambushed" her when he filed for divorce just one day before she was scheduled to undergo double mastectomy surgery.
