From her early days as the world's first supermodel to her candid revelations about plastic surgery, the famous model's story offers a unique perspective on aging in the spotlight.

AceShowbiz - Janice Dickinson, often hailed as the world's first supermodel, has lived a life that many of us can only dream about. However, with the glitz and glamor of a modeling career come the pressures of maintaining an image, which in Dickinson's case involved several forays into plastic surgery.

In a recent episode of Kaitlyn Bristowe's "Off The Vine" podcast, the 69-year-old supermodel recounted her decades-long career and her history with cosmetic procedures. Dickinson revealed that she had her first plastic surgery at the age of 32 while dating actor Sylvester Stallone in 1994. "I noticed I started getting jowls," she said, pointing to her jawline. To tackle this early sign of aging, she opted for a mini face-lift, a procedure meant to address sagging on the lower third of the face with smaller incisions and minimal downtime.

Despite a brief and tumultuous relationship with Stallone, which ended when the actor reconciled with his now-wife Jennifer Flavin, Dickinson has no regrets about her decision to undergo plastic surgery. "Oh, no," she replied when asked if she regretted any of her surgeries. This sentiment echoes her earlier appearances on shows like E!'s "Botched", where she openly discussed undergoing multiple procedures, including a boob job, tummy tuck, neck and face-lifts, and liposuction.

Dickinson's candor about her cosmetic enhancements is part of her charm. She also offered some advice to Bristowe, noting she was "at that age" where jowls start to become a concern. "Get a mini face-lift. It kept me going up until last week when I noticed [my lip lines]," she advised, adding a cautionary note about the risks of smoking.
