The TV personality, whose second child is conceived through intrauterine insemination (IUI) with a sperm donor, claps back at online trolls for criticizing her naked pregnancy selfies.

AceShowbiz - Lala Kent won't let anyone police her social media content. Sharing a naked pregnancy selfie, the "Vanderpump Rules" star told her followers that she won't stop doing it.

On Wednesday, April 17, the 33-year-old shared a ]mirror selfie where she covered her assets with a towel. "Keep clutching your pearls, Jans," she captioned it. "I'll be dropping triple Bs on you for the next 5 months. Try not to have a heart attack over it."

Lala went on to explain, "So many of you are wondering, 'What are Triple Bs? Lala's gonna be dropping Triple Bs on us for the next five months? What, what is Triple Bs?' " She noted, "It's boobs, bump and butt."

"That's what it means," the pregnant reality TV star, who shares three-year-old daughter Ocean with her ex-partner Randall Emmett, added with a laugh. "So now you know. You heard it here first, I just made it up."

Lala's second child is conceived through intrauterine insemination (IUI) with a sperm donor. During an Amazon Live earlier this month, she revealed that she's going to welcome a baby girl.

"I did not pick the gender because I did IUI [Intrauterine insemination], which is where my eggs stay inside my body," Lala said, according to PEOPLE. "I went to a doctor, they put a little tube up there with the goods and I get what I get, so I didn't get embryos created like they do with IVF [in vitro fertilization]."

Meanwhile, in an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Lala exclaimed, "A little girl! I'm so excited!" She added, "Apparently, before we found out, my brother pulled my mom aside and said, 'Mom, you cannot tell Lauren, but if it's another girl. I don't think I can do it. I'm losing my mind.' So of course my mom tells me this, we cut this cake, it's pink. I felt so terrible."
