AceShowbiz - Season 25 of "The Voice" kicked off Battle Rounds in the Monday, March 18 episode. In the episode, the coaches, John Legend, Reba McEntire, Chance the Rapper and Dan + Shay, paired up their team members for duets and only one of the singers would be named the winner.

The first pair to hit the stage for the Battle Round were Bryan Olesen and Nathan Chester from Team John. The two sang Adele's "Rolling in the Deep". Reba loved the harmonies, while Chance praised Bryan for his range. Eventually, John named Nathan as the winner. Reba and Dan + Shay tried to steal Bryan. However, John used his Playoff Pass to send Bryan directly to the Playoff Rounds.

Following it up were Karen Waldrup and Ryan Argast from Team Dan + Shay. Singing "Save Me the Trouble", the two hoped to move on after the performance. John loved Ryan's rasp and liked Karen's tone and vibrato. Reba, who was blocked by Dan + Shay, thought that it was a great duet. Chance, however, noted that energy was mismatched. As Dan + Shay chose Karen, Ryan was eliminated.

Singing "We Don't Fight Anymore" by Carly Pearce and Chris Stapleton were Team Reba's Tae Lewis and L. Rogers. L. Rogers showed off his powerful voice, while Tae emphasized his sweet, light, unique tone. Chance complimented Tae's pitch and control. Dan + Shay said it's hard to pick a winner. Reba eventually kept Tae on her team. Chance hoped to steal L. Rogers, but Reba used her Playoff Pass.

Later, Gabriel Goes and Kamalei Kawa'a from Team Chance hit the stage to sing "Somewhere Over the Rainbow" by Israel Kamakawiwo'ole. Dan + Shay said both of them were amazing. While he loved Gabriel's charisma, John said that Kamalei was his favorite. Chance decided to make Kamalei the winner, while Gabriel was eliminated.

John's team members OK3 and Zoe Levert then performed a duet of "The Bones" by Maren Morris. Reba dubbed Zoe's vocals strong and praised OK3's harmonies. Chance said he would pick Zoe for her surprising performance. Shay also claimed that he would go with OK3. John, surprisingly, picked Zoe and OK3 was eliminated.

Alyssa Crosby and Asher Havon were paired by Reba to sing "We Don't Need Another Hero" by Tina Turner. Asher impressed Chance with her tone and control. Shay, meanwhile, thought that Alyssa "stepped up." At the end, Reba kept Asher and Chance stole Alyssa.
