The 71-year-old Osbourne matriarch is moving back to her home country with husband Ozzy Osbourne because she doesn't like the changes happening in the States.

AceShowbiz - Sharon Osbourne claims America is "becoming more scary." The 71-year-old star and her husband Ozzy Osbourne are gearing up to the return to the UK after living on the West Coast of the US for decades.

"We are moving back to the UK this year. We'll live in our house in Buckinghamshire. America is changing. It's becoming more scary. The UK isn't immune to that. Everywhere feels jittery right now but the UK perhaps less so," Sharon - who was born in London - told PEOPLE.

Ozzy, 75, is more hesitant about returning home to the UK. But Sharon believes that he'll soon adjust to life in Britain. She said, "Ozzy's a little anxious about the distance between him in the UK and the kids and the grandchildren in LA. But, once he gets here and feels the love there is for him, he'll find that very healing."

Ozzy was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease in February 2019, and Sharon admitted that he's been through lots of ups and downs in recent years. The TV star - who has been married to Ozzy since 1982 - explained, "Ozzy has gone through terrible depressions."

"And when you're not in a good state of mind, it's hard for the body to heal. I've had to become his cheerleader. That's something I hadn't planned at this stage of my life. It's not been easy watching your husband go through such agony physically."

Sharon also revealed that she too struggles to find happiness. The outspoken star - who has Aimee, 40, Kelly, 39, and Jack, 38, with Ozzy - said, "Am I happy? No. I worry too much - about Ozzy, the kids, the grandkids."
