Through her representative, Sharon reveals that they're planning to take this matter to court after the rapper uses Black Sabbath's 'Iron Man' on his song 'Vultures'.

AceShowbiz - Kanye West has responded to the Osbournes' criticism after over his unauthorized use of Ozzy Osbourne's song. Making use of his Instagram account, the rapper appeared to downplay the controversy.

On Friday, February 9, Ye posted on Instagram Stories a picture of Ozzy and wife Sharon Osbourne cosplaying as him and his wife Bianca Censori for last year's Halloween. In the said photo, the Black Sabbath frontman could be seen wearing an all-black attire complete with a black mask. As for Sharon, she channeled Bianca with a huge purple pillow that she hold close to her chest.

Ye additionally reshared a screenshot of Ozzy's Instagram post where he claimed that he refused to give Ye a permission for him to use "Iron Man" on "Vultures". Ye's post also included a message that read, "He obviously has a celebrity handler who's on his account."

In other related news, Ozzy's wife revealed on Friday, February 9 that they're planning to take this matter to court. "We are considering legal action," Sharon's rep told The New York Post. It's also added that Ozzy hasn't spoken to Ye after the rapper sampled the rock band's "Iron Man" on his song "Vultures", but their teams have been in communication.

This wasn't the first time for Ye to sample "Iron Man" as he interpolated the track on his 2010 song "Hell of a Life". Of that, Sharon's rep said, "In 2010, Kanye had not come out as an antisemite yet."

On the same day, Sharon blasted the Yeezy designer in an interview with TMZ. "Kanye f**ked with the wrong Jew this time," the former "The Talk" co-host, who was raised Jewish, said.

She revealed that Ye's team did ask permission to use "Iron Man" three weeks ago, but the couple replied, "Absolutely not." She said that while Ozzy rarely refused that kind of request, it was a "special f**king occasion to say no."

The British star further called Ye as a "disrespectful antisemite" who "represents hate." She added, "The motherf***er's a pig."

As for Ozzy, the musician took to his social media account to slam the ex-husband of Kim Kardashian for his move. "@kanyewest ASKED PERMISSION TO SAMPLE A SECTION OF A 1983 LIVE PERFORMANCE OF 'IRON MAN' FROM THE US FESTIVAL WITHOUT VOCALS & WAS REFUSED PERMISSION BECAUSE HE IS AN ANTISEMITE AND HAS CAUSED UNTOLD HEARTACHE TO MANY."

He continued, "HE WENT AHEAD AND USED THE SAMPLE ANYWAY AT HIS ALBUM LISTENING PARTY LAST NIGHT. I WANT NO ASSOCIATION WITH THIS MAN!"
