AceShowbiz - Sofia Richie is pregnant. When announcing that she's expecting her first child with her husband Elliot Grainge, the model gave fans a look at her bare baby bump.
On Thursday, January 25, the 25-year-old unleashed one picture from her maternity shoots. In the black-and-white snap, she could be seen standing next to her spouse, who sat down and smiled at the camera. She captioned it, "and then there were three," adding a white heart emoji.
Meanwhile, in an interview with Vogue, Sofia revealed that she's expecting a girl. "She's growing pretty fast, so [the due date] is a bit up in the air," she said.
"I love the YouTubes and the TikToks - even before I was talking about getting pregnant - of gender reveals, so we had our OB text my assistant Becca [our baby's gender]," she continued. "And we bought two party poppers: one blue, one pink."
"She left out the one with the correct color inside, and Elliot and I popped it together, Sofia continued recalling. "We both really thought it was a boy, so it was a true shock. My dream in life is to have a daughter [though], and Elliot is really excited for a girl too."
Sofia and Elliot exchanged wedding vows on April 22, 2023, at Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc in Antibes, France, in front of family and friends. She was walked down the aisle by her father Lionel Richie, while her groom was joined by his parents by his side.
In August, Sofia opened up about feeling the love that she "never felt ever" before in her life. "When we started being romantic, he just gave me a different feeling. It was a feeling of safety. It was the feeling of really being appreciated," she told Who What Wear.
"I knew when we started dating that he was my husband," she added. "It wasn't a 'Do you think one day he'll propose?' It was like, 'This is my husband - 100 per cent.' I felt this love for him that I never felt ever in my life."
