AceShowbiz - Netflix's "Beef" won big at the 75th annual Primetime Emmy Awards. Taking place at the Peacock Theatre in Los Angeles on Monday, January 15, the ceremony saw the series almost sweeping all categories for a Limited or Anthology Series or Movie.

Lee Sung-jin, who wrote and directed the series, nabbed the awards for Outstanding Directing for a Limited or Anthology Series or Movie and Outstanding Writing for a Limited or Anthology Series or Movie. The show, which was based on a real road rage incident experienced by Lee, was revealed to be the winner of Outstanding Limited or Anthology Series.

Not stopping there, lead actors Steven Yeun and Ali Wong scored one win each. Yeun took home the award for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Limited or Anthology Series or Movie, while Wong received her first Emmy for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Limited or Anthology Series or Movie.

"Thank you for this immense honor and blessing," Yeun, who beat fellow nominees such as Daniel Radcliffe ("Weird: The Al Yankovic Story"), Evan Peters ("DAHMER - Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story"), Kumail Nanjiani ("Welcome to Chippendales"), Michael Shannon ("George and Tammy") and Taron Egerton ("Black Bird"), said in his acceptance speech. "Man, I have a lot of people to thank. A lot of people that looked out for me on my way to even get to be in this business."

Meanwhile, the award for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Limited or Anthology Series or Movie went to Paul Walter Hauser for his stunning performance on "Black Bird". The victory marked the actor's big milestone as it was his first-ever Emmy win.

Joining the list of winners at the big event was Jesse Armstrong. The actor was honored with Outstanding Writing for a Drama Series trophy for his appearance on "Succession". The show's fourth and final season also earned Mark Mylod a win in Outstanding Directing for a Drama Series category.

For Outstanding Variety Special (Live), the Emmy went to "Elton John Live: Farewell From Dodger Stadium. Meanwhile, this year's Governors Award recipient was GLAAD, the organization for LGBTQ advocacy.
