On the holiday, the 'Transformers: The Last Knight' shares a new video of him stripping down to only a pair of swim trunks before dipping his body in a plunge tub.

AceShowbiz - Mark Wahlberg has proven that he has been maintaining his fit physique at his age. In a new video, the actor portraying Victor Sullivan in "Uncharted" proudly showed off his toned abs before doing his cold plunge on Thanksgiving.

On Thursday, November 23, the 52-year-old actor made use of his Instagram account to upload a never-before-seen clip featuring him before starting his cold plunge. In the footage, he could be seen getting out of a huge luxury bathroom while he was shirtless.

While talking to the camera, the former "Wahlburgers" star looked up and seemingly checked the weather. He was later documented putting a beanie on his head with both of his hands and taking a quick look at his watch before dipping his body in a wooden plunge tub.

In the clip, Mark stripped down to only a pair of navy blue shorts. While ditching his top and exposing his apparent six packs, he donned a black beanie, which covered his ears and hair, a black sporty watch on one of his wrists and a matching bracelet.

Along with the video, the "Transformers: The Last Knight" actor wrote the caption of the post, "Happy Thanksgiving, #grateful @hallowapp @municipal #HallowPartner @MunicipalPartner." Near the end of it, he added folding hands and red heart emojis.

It did not take long for the post to be flooded with online responses from Instagram users, including one who reminded Mark about the use of a beanie during a cold plunge. In the comments section, the user wrote, "There's absolutely no need to wear a beanie."

"Especially when you should submerged your head in that water as well," the user continued. "Next time you can find one 35 degrees. Dunk your head underwater for 10-15 seconds or more if you can. Feel that then get out and exercise. No pre-workout EVER needed."

In the meantime, another penned, "Cold water therapy is great for you when done correctly. The health benefits are massive. Very good to have a hat on, keeps the heat going down in your body," adding a thumbs up emoji.
