The 'Scream Queens' alum's shocking legal actions against her former boyfriend come several months after they sparked reconciliation rumors despite his mom-shaming comments.

AceShowbiz - Keke Palmer and Darius Jackson's relationship has apparently turned sour again, several months after they sparked reconciliation rumors. The actress is seeking a restraining order against her baby daddy and requesting sole custody of their son Leodis Andrellton Jackson.
In court documents filed on Thursday, November 9, the 30-year-old star accuses the fitness instructor of abusing her multiple times over the course of their two-year relationship, Us Weekly reports. She claims that she has security footage from a November 5 incident in which the 29-year-old "trespassed into my home without my knowledge or consent" and "threatened" her before "lunging for my neck, striking me, throwing me over the couch and stealing my phone."
That incident wasn't the only one as Keke claims there have been "many instances of physical violence" with Darius that include "destroying my personal property, including diaries and prescription eyeglasses, throwing my belongings into the street, throwing my car keys to prevent me from driving away, hitting [me] in front of our son, spewing profanities about me to our son, threatening to kill himself with a gun if I left him, harassment, and other physical and emotional abuse."
In the docs, Keke declares that her relationship with Darius "finally ended for good" in early October "primarily due to the physical and emotional abuse inflicted" on her by him.
Keke is also seeking a full legal and physical custody of their 8-month-old son Leodis. The petition states she is willing to pay the reasonable expenses of pregnancy and birth, but she's also asking the court order Darius to assist with attorney fees and expert fees.
Keke and Darius' split as listed in the court docs comes months after he mom-shamed the "Nope" actress over her booty-baring outfit at Usher's Las Vegas concert. "It's the outfit tho ... you a mom," he wrote on Twitter, now X, back in July.
After his comments and Keke's response sparked split speculation, the duo put on a friendly display when hanging out together on her 30th birthday in August. They were later seen getting flirty when attending Beyonce Knowles' "Renaissance" concert together in Los Angeles in September.
Darius has not responded to Keke's petition. Over on his X account, he only posted a picture of him and his son and wrote in the caption, "I love you, son. See you soon." He has also posted cryptic tweets in the days prior, one of which read, "being betrayed by someone you loved really changes your mindset."
