AceShowbiz - Frances Bean Cobain and Riley Hawk have been spotted for the first time since their special day. A little over one month after tying the knot in California, the visual artist/model and the son of skateboarding legend Tony Hawk flashed their wedding rings during a public outing.
On Wednesday, November 8, the 31-year-old only child of Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain and Hole frontwoman Courtney Love were spotted out and about in Oceanside, California with her 30-year-old husband. In pictures making their rounds online, it could be seen that they were wearing their wedding bands.
In the photos, Frances was pictured walking while carrying a glass bottle of drink in one of her hands. In the meantime, Riley was photographed moving a number of home furnitures, including a large brown wooden table and matching cabinet. The newly married couple looked in sync in black-and-brown get-ups.
Frances showed off her flat abs in a brown crop tank top and a long-sleeved black netted outer. She also donned a pair of loose long tailored pants and beige open-toe high heels. She had a pair of brown shades tucked in her top and carried a small brown bag on her shoulder. Her long hair, which had blonde tresses on its lower part, was styled into a simple straight hairdo and parted to the side.
In the meantime, Riley flaunted his tattoos in a casual ensemble, consisting of a short-sleeved brown tee that came with a high neck design, a pair of long black pants, long white socks and black sneakers with matching soles. His hair was mostly covered in a black baseball hat.
The new sighting of Frances and Riley came more than one month after the two tied the knot in Los Angeles. According to TMZ, they held an intimate ceremony on October 7. At that time, Frances' godfather Michael Stipe, who is also R.E.M. frontman, officiated the wedding. The nuptials took place around one month after they obtained a marriage license in September.
Frances and Riley were believed to have been in a romantic relationship for around two years before their secret nuptials. It was reported that they began dating back in early 2021. Previously, she was married to The Eeries musician Isaiah Silva from 2014 to 2017. In the meantime, it is Riley's first marriage.
