The 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' star is trying to be strong 'physically, mentally, spiritually' amid rumors of trouble in paradise after years of marriage.

AceShowbiz - Kyle Richards is doing her best to be "strong" amid her separation from Mauricio Umansky. The 54-year-old reality star recently separated from her husband Mauricio - with whom she has daughters Alexia, 27, Sophia, 23, and 15-year-old Portia - after almost three decades of marriage but revealed that she is doing "everything in [her] power to get through the tough time.

"When I feel good and my hair looks good, I feel unbreakable. And going through … [what] I'm going through now, for me right now, everything is about being strong and feeling strong physically, mentally, spiritually. So I'm doing everything I can in my power to make sure that I am unbreakable," she told People.

"The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star - who also has 35-year-old Farrah with ex-husband Guraish Aldjufrie - is striving to be as healthy as possible since the split and admitted that her sudden lifestyle changes had not gone unnoticed by her co-stars but is still determined to do whatever it takes to feel as "strong and happy" as is possible amid the split.

She said, "I had a lot of heat from the cast in the beginning. 'You're not drinking' and 'You're working out every day' and 'You're going to work out, even in Vegas?' I'm like, 'I need to do everything I can to make myself feel as strong and happy as I can right now.' "

It was initially reported that Kyle was to divorce the "Dancing with the Stars" contestant but the celebrity duo took to social media shortly after to deny that this was the case. They wrote on Instagram, "In regards to the news that came out about us today... Any claims regarding divorcing are untrue. However, yes, we have had a rough year."

"The most challenging one of our marriage. But we both love and respect each other tremendously. There has been no wrongdoing on anyone's part. Although we are in the public eye, we ask to be able to work through our issues privately. While it may be entertaining to speculate, please do not create false stories to fit a further salacious narrative. Thank you for the love and support. Kyle and Mauricio (sic)."
