The 'Summertime Sadness' songstress surprises fans with her random appearance at a Florence location of the popular restaurant chain in Alabama, where she's spotted working behind the counter.

AceShowbiz - Lana Del Rey has been living her best Southern Belle life when she's not busy making music and hitting the stage. The singer/songwriter has shocked her fans after she was spotted working shift at Waffle House in Alabama.
In photos taken by eyewitnesses and fans, the 38-year-old rocked the restaurant's blue uniform with a yellow name tag on the chest as she worked behind the counter. She styled her hair in a messy updo and sported a short black skirt with white sneakers as she was taking orders and serving coffee.
One lucky fan who met Lana at the Waffle House was Muscle Shoals resident Karina Cisneros Juarez. She took a picture with the star and posted it on Facebook as she gushed, "To say I am ecstatic is an understatement!!!" She added, "I have been a huuuge fan of Lana Del Rey for over a decade, so meeting her today was truly insane."
"She was there, wearing a uniform and everything," the fan told local publication AL.com. "It was a bit surreal. I just told her how much I loved her music and her work in general. She was super lovely, and incredibly nice."
According to the news outlet, Lana didn't seem to be in the area working on music. Local recording venues FAME Studios and Muscle Shoals Sound told the website she hadn't been a recent customer.
After learning of Lana's random appearance at Waffle House, fans were raving over the Grammy-nominated musician on social media. "Humble as hell finding her summertime Happiness & you gotta love it for her," one commented on Instagram.
"She's a gem," another gushed. A third declared, "We stan a hardworking queen." A fourth person said, "I love how fame never changed her," as another exclaimed, "omg you could literally find her at the most random place."
"the most random celebrity," another fan noted, while someone else speculated, "She's clearly bored." There were also a few naysayers though, with one claiming, "rent was due."
Lana was also spotted on North Court Street in downtown Florence, Alabama on Tuesday night, July 18 when she signed makeup artist Savana Vinson's left arm. Savana shared a video and photos from her brief encounter with the "Video Games" songstress, who appeared poised and smiling in the images.
It's currently unclear why Lana has been in Alabama as she doesn't have scheduled gigs in the state.
