Nearly one month after the son of drummer Travis Barker shared the photo of his unique tattoo, his TikTok star girlfriend finally reveals the real story behind it.

Charli D'Amelio did not expect Landon Barker to add her eye into his permanent tattoo collection. Nearly one month after her boyfriend showed off his unique ink, the "Dancing with the Stars" winner admitted to being left surprised by the sweet gesture he made after losing a rock, paper, scissors game to her.
The 19-year-old dancer spilled the real story behind her same age beau's surprising act in an interview with PEOPLE that was published on Thursday, June 29. While attending the Tamagotchi Uni Launch Party in New York City, she told the outlet, "[I] didn't think he was actually going to go through with it."
On how it happened, the global ambassador of Tamagotchi Uni explained, "Basically, he was like, 'I have to get a tattoo tomorrow. What should I get?' And I was like, 'Oh my goodness, you should get my face.' " She went on to say, "He was like, 'Really? I'll do it.' and I was like, 'Rock, paper, scissors,' and I won."
Charli further recounted, "I run to [Dixie D'Amelio] like, He's actually getting it. We need to go right now.' So she drives me to his dad's studio where he's getting the tattoo and we walk in and he's actually getting it. My only thought was, 'You have to tell my dad that you just got this.' But my parents thought it was cool and so did his."
The season 31 champion of "Dancing with the Stars" additionally shared her two cents on her boyfriend's latest body ink. She said, "It actually really, really looks like my eye, which is crazy. But I think it's so cool."
In early June, Charli's boyfriend Landon shared an Instagram Story of him getting her eye permanently inked on his arm. In it, he could be seen showing off how detailed and realistic his newly-inked eye tattoo was. Behind the couch Landon was sitting, Charli's zoomed-in photo was shown on a tablet screen.
Aside from Landon's tattoo, Charli discussed her interests in playing Tamagotchi during her interview. She shared, "I like to play the little mini games - I feel like that's just so much fun. But I also love to feed them because they have jelly beans and ramen. It's so cute to see how much it's changed. You can even get food delivery now. It's adorable." She added, "There's so many different things that you can do."
