After snubbing the former 'Wild 'N Out' star in his first statement since her death, Dr. Zachary Okhah insists in a new Instagram post that his clinic's reputation for safety is 'exemplary.'

AceShowbiz - Ms. Jacky Oh's surgeon continues to defend his name in the wake of her shocking death. Addressing the backlash against his clinic for the first time, Dr. Zachary Okhah has dismissed "sensationalized" tabloid headlines about him.
On Wednesday, June 28, his PH-1 Miami clinic posted a new video on its Instagram page. In the clip, the plastic surgeon acknowledged, "My name has been in the tabloid media and understandably sensationalized, given the circumstances." He stated that "due to patient privacy laws," details about all past and future cases he's handled will not be released to the public.
Dr. Zach went on claiming that "his reputation for safety is exemplary." He assured that he'll only operate on patient if "protocols for medical clearance are wholly met." He added, "This is a standard protocol to ensure all aspects of the patient's health are medically considered."
Noting that the State of Florida "is especially strict when it comes to any issues involving medical treatment that may have not been performed to recognized standards," he insisted, "My medical license remains active, unrestricted and I remain in good standing with the Florida Department of Health." This means his clinic is currently open and he's meeting patients.
Dr. Zach previously said in a statement that "all aesthetic procedures are performed in a hygienically safe environment to universally recognized medical standards." The owner and founder of PH-1 Miami clinic additionally claimed that he is "relentlessly committed to advancing techniques in the realm of plastic surgery."
His initial statement came more than two weeks after Jacky died in Miami reportedly after getting a "mommy makeover." Several days before her untimely passing, she posted on her Instagram page a picture of her posing Dr. Zach. In the since-deleted post, she wrote, "Getting ready for my mommy makeover with Dr. Zach!! Stay tuned to my YouTube for the full reveal!"
