The 34-year-old actress, who reached an agreement with her grandmother in May, also agrees to pay $400,000 in legal fees.

AceShowbiz - Riley Keough has agreed to pay Priscilla Presley $1 million to become the sole trustee of her late mother Lisa Marie Presley's estate. In addition, the "Under the Silver Lake" actress will also pay $400,000 in legal fees.

For the record, the 34-year-old was previously locked in a legal battle over the $35 million will left by her mother Lisa with her grandmother Priscilla after the singer cut her out of it and made the "Daisy Jones & The Six" star her sole heir. Lisa herself passed away at the age of 54 in January 2023 following a brief hospitalization due to a cardiac arrest.

Riley and Priscilla reached an agreement in May, but the details were not disclosed at the time. However, court documents filed on Monday, June 12 in Los Angeles showed the amount of money that Riley must give to her grandmother.

According to the documents, the $400,000 payment for legal fees will come "at the same time as the one million payment as stated in Paragraph 6 of this Agreement." Riley will pay her grandmother after she receives "the proceeds of her mother's life-insurance policy."

Following news of their settlement, Priscilla told Page Six, "My family has resolved all confusion as it relates to our plea to the court and request for document interpretation after my daughter Lisa Marie's untimely passing."

"Although the media identified such a plea as a lawsuit, I want to make clear that there was never any lawsuit filed against my beloved granddaughter," she added in the statement. "As a family, we are pleased that we resolved this together."

"My family and I hope that everyone will grant us the privacy we have needed to properly grieve Lisa Marie and spend personal time together," Priscilla, who was married to rock and roll legend Elvis Presley from 1967 until 1973, continued. "We love and appreciate all of you and the Presley family is stronger than ever."
