When talking to her grandmother on 'The Southern Tea' podcast, the 'Chrisley Knows Best' alum points out that her stepmom has put her on the visitors list.

AceShowbiz - Lindsie Chrisley has poured cold water on rumors suggesting that her stepmother Julie Chrisley does not want to see her in prison. When recording for "The Southern Tea", the eldest child of Todd Chrisley spoke out about the swirling speculations, branding it "untrue."

In the Wednesday, May 3 episode of her PodcastOne series, the 33-year-old had a conversation with her grandmother Nanny Faye Chrisley and gave her response to the rumors. "There were some rumors that went around after our last podcast episode that the reason that I have not seen Julie was because she doesn't want to see me, and that is just untrue," she addressed.

On the reason why she has not visited her stepmom in prison, the "Chrisley Knows Best" alum explained, "You can speak to the process that you had to go through to even be able to see her and could probably confirm that the process for her looked very differently than the process for us with my dad."

Following Lindsie's explanation, Nanny revealed that she is "waiting in line" to be able to visit Julie. "She put me on the list, she thought I'd be right away because, you know, I'm the next thing to her mother," the 79-year-old said. In response, Lindsie assured that Julie had "put me on the list too."

Elsewhere in the chat, Lindsie shared the difficulty she had when trying to communicate with Julie. "The last time I talked to her was on her report date as she was getting ready to report and surrender, which was January 17th. So [that was the] last time I spoke to her until last week," she recalled.

"I finally have been able to communicate over their form of email for the first time. But also, her email is very delayed," Lindsie did admit before pointing out that it was easier to contact her father. "Dad's is very different. You can send him an email and you will hear back within maybe two hours response. So it's, it's been a very, very different process," she noted.

Lindsie's reaction to the swirling rumors came nearly one month after she responded to a question from one of her listeners about why she communicated with her father but not her stepmother. "I have not been to Lexington to visit her yet," she said on her podcast at the time.

"There was a different process that I had to go through and the process at her facility looks very different than the process at my dad's facility. I sent in all of my paperwork and have yet to hear back regarding the visiting, so it's been a little bit frustrating," she continued.
