Billboard's 'Top 50 Greatest Rappers of All Time' is ruled by Jay-Z, who is followed by Kendrick Lamar, Nas, Tupac Shakur, Eminem, The Notorious B.I.G, Lil Wayne, Drake, Snoop Dogg and Nicki Minaj in the Top 10.

AceShowbiz - Ice Cube and Ja Rule aren't feeling Billboard's "Top 50 Greatest Rappers of All Time" list. While the "Straight Outta Compton" actor called it "irrelevant" despite placing on the 18th rank, the "Mesmerize" spitter expressed his disagreement on Twitter as he was left out of the list.

Cube offered his two cents in when speaking to TMZ at the Los Angeles International Airport. "Who?" he asked rhetorically when the paparazzo mentioned the list. "I don't f**k with Billboard or the editor. Billboard ain't Hip Hop so their opinion don't matter. So who gives a f**k?"

"Yeah, it is. It's an irrelevant list, you know what I mean," the 53-year-old added. "It's like a**holes; everybody got one and they call stink. There it is."

Rule, in the meantime, tweeted, "There ain't 50 rappers dead, alive or waiting to be born better than me… #ICONN #Vibes." He then called out the publication, "@billboard congrats to everyone on the list well deserved but check my resume… #ICONN #Vibes."

Ruling Billboard's "Top 50 Greatest Rappers of All Time" is Jay-Z. Trailing behind in the Top 10 are Kendrick Lamar, Nas, Tupac Shakur, Eminem, The Notorious B.I.G., Lil Wayne, Drake, Snoop Dogg and Nicki Minaj.

Kanye West, meanwhile, lands at No. 11. He is followed by Andre 3000 (Andre Benjamin), Rakim, LL Cool J, J. Cole, Scarface, 50 Cent, Cube, Missy Elliott and Big Daddy Kane in the top 20.
